Basically, a person to drive a motor vehicle may be suitable. Driving ability is, it must exist a physical, mental and character suitable to drive motor vehicles. Lack of fitness to drive is given a regular use and dependence on drugs and medicines. In this case, the license will be revoked by the Traffic Authority.
